Our dedicated team works closely with clients to understand and solve their design and space frustrations, ensuring that room is elevated with bespoke fitted furniture, fixtures, and fittings. How We Work
Seven stages. One complete process. Nothing left to chance.
Our design service produces ten specific deliverables across these seven stages — from your initial brief through to a complete, presentation-ready design package. Download the Design Service Handbook to see exactly what you receive at each stage.
1 / Discovery Session
A 60-minute appointment at our studio. We listen, ask the right questions and write a brief that reflects exactly how you live and what your space needs to do. Your fee, redeemed in full if you proceed.
2 / Design Services Agreement
You sign our Design Services Agreement and the balance of the design service fee is paid. This covers everything from the survey through to your design review — one continuous, professional service.
3 / Home Survey
We visit your home and measure accurately — every dimension, every constraint, every opportunity. The technical foundation the entire design is built on.
4 / Layout Approval
We share two or three layout options for your review. You confirm the layout that works for how you live — in writing, before any aesthetic design begins.
5 / Concept Direction Discussion
You bring your references. We bring our interpretation. Together we agree the aesthetic direction — how your space will look and feel — before a single drawing is produced.
6 / Design Review
A dedicated 90-minute appointment at our studio. We walk through the complete design — drawings, 3D visualisations, materials, and a full investment guide. Everything, in person.
7 / Refinement Period
7 to 10 days to live with the design before confirming. One consolidated response. Final specification confirmed. Then we build.
The Design Service Fee
Paid in two stages — £150 at the Discovery Session,
from £750 on signing the Design Services Agreement.
If you choose to manufacture and install with us,
the full fee is redeemed against your project contract.
You pay toward your project, never on top of it.
The designs are yours outright, regardless of what you decide.

Discovery Session
Each project begins with a 60-minute Discovery Session at our studio in West Malling.
We listen — properly. Before a single drawing is made, we learn how you live, what you
love, and what your new space needs to do for you. The session fee forms the first
part of your design service and is redeemed in full if you choose to proceed with us.
